(b. 1976) is an artist and educator living and working in Hong Kong.
Eileen has a MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art's Hoffberger School of Painting and BFA in illustration from Syracuse University, School of Visual and Performing Arts. She holds Awards of Excellence in Illustration from the Connecticut Art Directors Club, the New England AP News Executives Association, the New York City Society of Professional Journalists, and is included in the Drawing Center’s Viewing Program. She holds residency fellowships from Syracuse University, the New York Studio School, Sumasil Foundation for Women’s Advancement, Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, I-Park Artist Colony, and Takt Kunstprojektraum in Berlin. She has taught at Moore College of Art & Design, University of the Arts, Fleisher Art Memorial, and currently at SCAD Hong Kong.
Eileen makes drawings, writings and sound pieces that are visceral, diaristic and experimental. Her work examines connectivity and low-fi human experientiality.
